A Full Explanation Related to Free Digital Scrapbooking
Digial photos are the main material for the design of free digital scrapbooking albums, yet it would be impossible to carry on with the projects in the absence of graphic softwares and computer programs. Digital scrapbooking depends on such tools for creating layouts, adding graphic textures, embellishing and even including text messages. Such an alternative to traditional scrapbooking seems more time-effective not to mention that it saves you the trouble of using all the supplies and making a mess on your desk.
Free digital scrapbooking depends on software editing programs like Adobe Photoshop or Corel Paint, CorelDraw and other specifically designed tools. Other softwares work fine for digital scrapbooking too, they just have to allow you to operate with layered objects while also supporting PNG file formating. Besides the software as such, you may have to use a digital camera, a printer or a scanner. If you want to try free digital scrapbooking, there is a large number of tutorials that you can use.
There is a plethora of websites that provide step by step guidance for free digital scrapbooking. The number of resources is every day higher and you will see that you can do a lot of reading and still not exhaust a certain topic. Go for scrapbooking kits if you are not pleased with free digital scrapbooking. With kits, all the digital 'supplies' will be ready to use in PNG format. There is plenty of information on scrapbooking kits on Google. By previewing some of the content available you can actually decide whether you need these kits or not.
Free digital scrapbooking makes a really good alternative to traditional scrapbooking. It is modern, innovative and it has all the advantages technology and science can offer. You'll definitely be curious to try digital scrapbooking if you have already tried your hand at traditional scrapbooking. The only problem here is that some of the digital materials you get access to are not free. In some cases free digital scrabooking resources will work fine, while in other cases you may have to pay for some elements in a way similar to the purchase of regular supplies.
Free digital scrapbooking goes hand in hand with promotional advertising. Some websites may be interested in achieving exposure only, and they will thus provide some free variants of a feature-limited software. Free digital scrapbooking may be rewarding for you, but you have to check all the aspects carefully.

Frequently Asked Questions...
What does Class 38 laser radiation mean? It comes from my LASER PRINTER!?
I was taking apart a laser printer because i hated it so much i wanted to destroy it myself, and i came to a sticker that said:
CAUTION: When cover is removed, Class 38 radiation will be emitted.
Something like that, I can't remember. But What should I do? Is it dangerous? Can I still take it apart?
Answer:
I think it actually reads Class 3B radiation. Basically it means that once you remove the cover, and if the laser is activated, that the laser beam that is generated could be hazardous to your eyes.
So, if you're taking it apart to destroy it, without trying to power it while it's unprotected, then you should be OK.
Here's an excerpt about the Class 3B classification:
Class 3B
LASER RADIATION
AVOID EXPOSURE TO BEAM
CLASS 3B LASER PRODUCT
A Class 3B laser is hazardous if the eye is exposed directly, but diffuse reflections such as from paper or other matte surfaces are not harmful. Continuous lasers in the wavelength range from 315 nm to far infrared are limited to 0.5 W. For pulsed lasers between 400 and 700 nm, the limit is 30 mJ. Other limits apply to other wavelengths and to ultrashort pulsed lasers. Protective eyewear is typically required where direct viewing of a class 3B laser beam may occur. Class-3B lasers must be equipped with a key switch and a safety interlock.
